About the founder
Before starting CompassionEX in 2021, Kevin Bowen graduated from Gonzaga University with a Social Entrepreneurship degree and worked as a management consultant for 5+ years.
His Jesuit education nourished a deep care for the entire person and his management consulting experience inspired a Go-To-Market approach to serving employees.
Over the past four years, CompassionEX has improved life at work by listening, acting, and reporting on the product Employees Experience.
